Another beautiful day on Lake Maggiore starting with a boat trip around the Borromean Islands,
a combined hike and lakeside stroll to Baveno and the train back to Stresa. Some beautiful scenery along the way with quaint streets, interesting history and the necessary beer stop!
James is now on a roll comparing the calzone and tiramisu on the hunt for the best. A break from Italy begins as we head to Zermatt in Switzerland. Ciao for now!
If you can find the hot Olives, like mini rissoles, you must try them. I cannot find a recipe or the name anywhere but they were my favourite things ever!
